How to prepare?
You can use it to make a delicious green pesto or in a salad : put a mozzarella on a plate and some roquette around. Put a bit of organic olive oil on top, salt, pepper. You will be in heaven!
How to store it?
Soak in white vinegar and water for 10 minutes. Rince thoroughly. Dry and put flat on a kitchen towel, roll it and put it in the fridge.
