How to prepare
You can eat it raw. Make sure you clean it throughly. It is healthy, tasty, and completely risk-free.
Alternatively, you can boil it. To do so, remove the leafs from your sweetcorn, place it in a pan of boiling water. Cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes (depending how big it is). Serve with butter, salt and pepper. Yummy! Children will love to eat with their fingers.

Roll your sweetcorn in a kitchen towel and put it in the lower part of your fridge. Keep the greens around it: they will protect it.
