How to prepare
Also known as Turkey Berry these green small fruits (yes fruits apparently) are clustered together like grapes. They can be found in Jamaica dishes but work best in Thai or Indian curries. A slightly bitter taste but with many health benefits. They just need to be washed and added to curries to simmer for about 30mins or until tender.
These are best kept between 10-12C but failing that can stay in the fridge. These should stay fresh for up to one week.
