The 6kg Paleo Diet bag was designed especially for our members who have health issues they are healing with the Paleo Diet (i.e.: auto immune disease and other food intolerances). The content of the bag is a mix of the 5kg bag with our 3kg Premium bag, but we have removed all the night shades vegetables. This mix allows the best variety available.
Fruit
Every week: some berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or cherries)! :) Occasionally some clementines, apple, pears, pomegranate, nectarine, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, pineapple, papayas, passion fruits, rockmelon and whatever we can find that is in season and delicious!
Vegetables
A mix of avocado, artichoke, broccoli, baby carrots, baby spinach; but also kale, arrugula (roquette), asparagus, mushrooms, fennel, rainbow chard, butternut, lettuce, sweet potatoes, zucchinis or cauliflower.
