How to prepare

Packed with more protein, fibre and antioxidants than yellow corn. A slightly chewier texture but the same delicious taste.

Alternatively, you can boil it. To do so, remove the leaves from your sweetcorn, place it in a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and turn off the heat for about 10 minutes.  Serve with butter, salt and pepper. Yummy! Children will love to eat with their fingers. 

Did you know: Cooking corn releases a phytochemical called ferulic acid, which is an anti-cancer superstar.


Roll your sweetcorn in a kitchen towel and put it in the lower part of your fridge. Keep the greens around it: they will protect it.
