How to prepare
Simply baked in the oven, or peeled and in a dish with a baked chicken, these sweet potatoes are delicious and feeding. Easier to digest than the normal potatoes they can last for a week in a paper bag stored in a cupboard (no day light, no fridge).

Keep your potatoes in a paper bag somewhere cool and dark.
