How to prepare
Passion fruits are ripe when their skin wrinkles, not before, so be patient! :) They can be eaten raw, by themselves. You can also mix them with your breakfast cereals, or on top of a yogurt. My favourite is to pour one on top of a sliced Thai banana: this is one of my favourite flavours in Asia. Lastly, the passion fruit sorbet is supradelicious !
How to store it?
Store your passion fruit on your counter and wait for them to start wrinkling. When the wrinkles appear you have a day or two to eat them. If you have too many, store them in your fridge and take them out little by little.
