With its sweet, nutty flavour and crunchy texture, baby corn can also be eaten raw.
You can also boil them for 4 to 5 minutes (put them in boiling water), it will take you 5 to 6 minutes to steam them and 2 to 3 minutes to pan fry them.
Wash and dry them. Then keep in an air tight container in your fridge. You can add a kitchen towel at the bottom of the dish to absorbe the remaining water.
