The Paleo Diet bag
With the Autoimmune Paleo, the intention is to take the paleo diet and make it even better at healing Leaky Gut and decreasing inflammation in the body by eliminating eggs, nightshade vegetables, as well as nuts and seeds (because many people react to them). Nightshade vegetables, such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and peppers although are considered safe for most people, can worsen Leaky Gut and increase inflammation in some promoting further immune imbalances and other symptoms.
From my perspective as a Naturopathic physician, the Autoimmune paleo diet will help heal inflammation to a great extent if done properly. As each individual is different and unique, I believe in customizing your own diet and foods based on what your body can digest efficiently.
This is an important step if one needs to heal and recover completely. Stress, toxicity and imbalanced gut microbes in the intestines are other major reasons for the autoimmune illness. As you start working on these lines along with the paleo diet, you will notice that you have made big leap of progress in your health journey."
If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, or chronic skin rashes, joint pains, type 1 diabetes, vitiligo (skin depigmentation), feel bloated after eating bread or pasta (gluten could be the issue for you), alopecia (hair loss), thyroid imbalances or have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, visit your doctor and do some reading about the Paleo diet to understand how it could help you get better.
In terms of content, this bag weights 6 kilos and is a mix of our 5kg bag and 3kg Premium bag. We have kept in mind that people with auto immune diseases really need to favour a diverse diet and this bag allows this. Its cost is $388 per month.
In February 2019, following some of its members' request, ShiokFarm is launching the first Paleo Diet bag in Singapore. Please click here to subscribe.
