- pumpkin puree
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- milk (I like unsweetened almond milk, but any milk will work)
- shredded mozzarella cheese & grated parmesan cheese
- cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
- parsley or small sage leaves
- salt & black pepper
