- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated but not too thinly
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves chopped thinly
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt flower and pepper to taste
