🥑 Gluten-Free Bowl 🌱You will need
Gluten free Brown rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mix
1 small Broccoli, 1 carrot
5 or 6 Cherry Tomatoes
3 or 4 Cherry Radish
1 ripe avocado
Gluten free Toasts
- 🍚 Cook as instructed a rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mix
- 🥚 Cook in boiling water eggs for 6 minutes
- ♨️ Blanch the brocoli and carrots: Boil them for 3/4 minutes then place them in cold water for a few minutes to stop the cooking process. Once cooked, roughly chop them
- 🔪 Slice some cherry tomatoes, organic cucumber, radish and some Comte
- 👩🏻🍳 Prepare your avocado toasts: slice ripped avocado and lay them on a gluten free toast
- 🥢 Season with Cold pressed organic olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and Kampot pepper
