French beans al ajillo.


- 10-15 French beans

- 2 garlics, chopped πŸ§„

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 🌢️

- 1 tablespoon lemonπŸ‹ juice

- 1 tablespoon white wine

- salt πŸ§‚ and pepper

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 🌿


1 - Bring a pot of salted water πŸ’§ to boil.Β 

2 - Cook the French beans in boiling water for 1 min and quickly cool in iced water. Drain well.

3 - In a small skillet heat 🍳 the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook on low heat until slightly golden (don’t over good the garlic, or it will taste bitter).

4 - Add the French beans and season with paprika, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

5 - Immediately add the lemon juice and white wine.

6 - Serve topped with fresh parsley.

P.S. Serve with crusty bread to enjoy the juices!
