
French beans al ajillo.
Ingredients:
- 10-15 French beans
- 2 garlics, chopped π§
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika πΆοΈ
- 1 tablespoon lemonπ juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- salt π§ and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped πΏ
Instructions:
1 - Bring a pot of salted water π§ to boil.Β
2 - Cook the French beans in boiling water for 1 min and quickly cool in iced water. Drain well.
3 - In a small skillet heat π³ the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook on low heat until slightly golden (donβt over good the garlic, or it will taste bitter).
4 - Add the French beans and season with paprika, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
5 - Immediately add the lemon juice and white wine.
6 - Serve topped with fresh parsley.
P.S. Serve with crusty bread to enjoy the juices!
