3 carrots
90 g flour
2 tbsp of brown sugar
+1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp of honey
3 eggs
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
10 walnuts
1 bag of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon (or more if you love it!)
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Wash, peel and grate the carrots finely
Crush the nuts
Mix the 3 eggs with the brown sugar
Add all the ingredients: flour, crushed nuts, grated carrots, oil, baking powder and cinnamon
Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C
