- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2-4 tablespoons warm water, to thin dressing
Mix together the hummus, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and some water until you obtain your Hummus dressing.
This dressing is great for your salad and your marinades.
Put all your ingredients into a blender, pulse until well-blended and emulsified. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator, allow to come to room temperature and shake well before using.
