  • lasagna noodles
  • pumpkin puree
  • olive oil
  • spinach
  • ricotta
  • egg
  • garlic powder
  • milk (I like unsweetened almond milk, but any milk will work)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese & grated parmesan cheese
  • cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
  • parsley or small sage leaves
